The Good Practice Mentor team have recently developed a new outreach friendly comms toolkit, sharing practical pick up and use tips and approaches to develop and use comms as a tool to find and engage the people 'not looking' for you.
The toolkit will support you to:
– Explore comms from the perspective of the people you want to reach and engage
– Use your comms to address barriers to engagement
– Where and how to use your comms to find the people who are pre-contemplation – not looking for or thinking about your offer or ask
