A snapshot webinar exploring how to reach seldom heard from residents in housing settings.

Are you a funder, commissioner, housing provider or organisation interested in reaching and engaging seldom heard voices – the people often considered ‘harder to reach’ – in a particular geographical area or housing setting?

Join our Good Practice Mentor and Outreach Specialist, Jo Stapleton, for this impact and evidence snapshot webinar.

You’ll hear about our practical and bespoke housing outreach training that enables resident doorstep engagement, and how to host informal feeling pop-up events. The webinar will explore how GPM’s support has helped a wide range of stakeholders, including local councils, housing providers and local charities, across the UK to:

– Meet and engage the residents missing from consultation and community events
– Successfully connect residents to their community spaces
– Capture and act upon meaningful insight around barriers to engagement – including ‘it’s not for me’ perceptions of their community spaces and activities
– Produce useful snapshot data about the resident population, including who are the people at home during the day, to help inform their resident offer
– Reach the residents hidden behind their doors and within their communities
– Use informal coproduction techniques to capture insight from residents about formal and informal community assets and connections – the ‘hidden gems’ within communities
