DCMS To Host a Webinar Through the Hub to Share New Social Connection Framework on 16th July
How can meaningful social connection help protect young people from the negative consequences of loneliness and isolation?
DCMS has published a new Social Connection Framework, offering guidance for anyone working with boys and young men aged 10 to 25. It brings together research insights and practitioner learning to help identify those at risk and support them to build stronger connections.
Join the DCMS Social Connection, Isolation and Loneliness policy team on the Tackling Loneliness Hub on July 16th for our upcoming webinar:
‘The Power of Social Connection: Understanding loneliness and isolation in boys and young men, and how you can provide support’
The session will be a fantastic opportunity to hear directly from the Government policy team responsible for tackling loneliness and improving social connection, as well as from a panel of practitioners, as they take you through the new framework, share key insights, and discuss how organisations and practitioners can better support boys and young men to build meaningful connections.
📅 July 16th, 12-1pm
