This report has been shaped through a series of interviews with
individuals involved in the implementation of social prescribing connector schemes, as well as with Faith Action members.

At the report’s core are a series of recommendations for national policy makers, the health and care system, and FBOs. Faith Action believes the implementation of these will help ensure social prescribing reaches right to the heart of communities through embracing the full diversity of faith-based provision.
